Arnau Folch, BSC

Dr. Arnau Folch leads the Environmental Simulations group at the CASE Department of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). He has a wide expertise in modelling natural hazards and risks using HPC. Liaison officer of the International Union of Geophysics and Geodesy (IUGG) at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and permanent member of the Volcanic Ash Scientific Advisory Group (VASAG). Since 2018 he coordinates the Center of Excellence for Exascale in Solid Earth (ChEESE).
